Order processing time

After you place an order, we will ship it within 1–3 business days (we do not ship on Chinese holidays). For all orders, we default to shipping via USPS from our warehouse in China. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website.

Our shipping options are standard free shipping.

• Standard Free Shipping (Free): It usually takes 7 to 15 days to deliver to the United States and Canada.

Due to high order volumes during holidays, delivery of packages may be delayed. If your package does not arrive within the specified time, please contact us and we will urge our logistics company to expedite the delivery. Thank you for your understand.

Taxes and Fees

All the prices displayed on our website are inclusive of taxes. If any additional taxes or fees are incurred during the customs clearance process, HIYOER will bear them.
